Terms and Conditions of Purchase

1.1 This document governs the terms of purchase and use of the digital product “Clarity. Seven minutes a day” („Ясность. Семь минут в день”), sold through the website www.anjelikamurtazaliev.com.

1.2 The Provider is MURTAZALIEV ANGELA GHEORGHE, a natural person operating under an entrepreneur's patent, within the authorised activity. The Provider's identification and contact details:

1.3 The Client is the person purchasing the product for personal use.

1.4 This document applies together with the product description, the commercial offer and the information provided to the Client before payment.

1.5 If the Client has consumer status, the mandatory rights provided by the law of the Republic of Moldova remain applicable.

2.1 The subject of the contract is the provision to the Client of online access to the digital product “Clarity. Seven minutes a day” — a coaching and personal-development programme in recorded video and audio format.

2.2 The product is created by Anjelika, a certified psychologist and coach; the materials are provided in Russian.

2.3 The purpose of the programme is a daily practice of about seven minutes to support the individual process of clarification, focus and personal development.

2.4 The product includes the following materials:

• A. Video part — 6 recorded materials:
• Lesson 0: Introduction — presentation of the author, the programme, the five stages and how to use it;
• Lesson 1: “Listen”;
• Lesson 2: “Feel”;
• Lesson 3: “Allow”;
• Lesson 4: “See”;
• Lesson 5: “Enjoy”.
• The thematic lessons last approximately seven minutes each.
• B. Audio part — 5 recorded practices:
• Five audio practices with the author's voice and musical accompaniment, about seven minutes each, corresponding to the five stages of the programme.

2.5 The standard package includes only the materials described in clause 2.4. Individual consultations, individual coaching sessions and personalised support are not included unless expressly offered in a separate offer.

2.6 The product consists of pre-recorded digital content and does not involve the author's participation in live sessions.

3.1 Access to the product is provided online through the platform, the personal cabinet or a link communicated to the Client.

3.2 Access is activated after payment confirmation and subject to the technical conditions indicated at the time of purchase.

3.3 The access period is 365 calendar days from the activation of access.

3.4 After the access period ends, the Provider may disable access to the materials, provided that the duration and this consequence were communicated to the Client before the contract was concluded.

3.5 The Client is responsible for having a compatible device and internet access.

3.6 The Provider makes reasonable efforts to maintain access and to resolve technical problems within its responsibility.

3.7 In the event of non-delivery of the content or its non-conformity with the contract, the Client has the remedies provided by applicable law.

4.1 To use the programme, the Client is advised to listen to the audio practices with headphones, in a quiet room where they are alone and can perform the exercises in suitable conditions.

4.2 It is prohibited to listen to the audio practices while driving a vehicle or performing other activities requiring constant attention and rapid reaction.

4.3 The Client is responsible for choosing an appropriate time and environment for using the materials and must stop the practice if it causes discomfort.

4.4 The recommendation to listen to the practices once or twice a day is guidance on how to use the programme, not a guarantee of any particular result.

4.5 The Client must follow the instructions for use provided in the programme materials and use the product with care, taking their individual situation into account.

5.1 The programme is of a coaching and personal-development nature and aims to provide tools for individual practice.

5.2 The programme is not medical treatment, medical diagnosis or psychotherapy and does not replace consultation with a doctor, psychologist, psychotherapist or other competent specialist.

5.3 Purchasing the programme does not create an individual consultation relationship between the Client and the author and does not involve an individual assessment of the Client's psychological or medical condition.

5.4 The Provider does not guarantee any specific result, as experience and results vary depending on the Client's involvement, the way the materials are used and personal circumstances.

5.5 If the Client needs assessment or specialised help, they are encouraged to consult a competent professional.

5.6 The provisions of this chapter do not exclude the Provider's liability for non-performance of its legal or contractual obligations.

6.1 The price of the product is the one shown on the website at the time the order is placed.

6.2 Before payment, the Client is informed of the total price and any applicable additional costs.

6.3 Payment is made using the methods available on the website.

6.4 Access is provided after payment confirmation under the conditions indicated in the offer.

6.5 Order and payment confirmation is sent by electronic means where available.

7.1 The Client has the right to withdraw from a distance contract under the conditions and within the periods provided by applicable law.

7.2 For digital content not supplied on a tangible medium, starting delivery before the withdrawal period expires and losing the right of withdrawal are possible only if the applicable legal conditions are met, including obtaining the Client's prior express consent and confirmation of the consequences for the right of withdrawal.

7.3 If the legal conditions for losing the right of withdrawal after delivery of digital content has begun are met, this consequence applies within the limits provided by law.

7.4 In the event of non-delivery, non-conformity or other circumstances justifying a refund, the Client may request the remedies and refunds provided by applicable law.

7.5 Refund requests are sent to contact@anjelikamurtazaliev.com, stating the order and the reason for the request.

7.6 No provision of this chapter excludes the mandatory rights of the consumer.

8.1 Video materials, audio recordings, texts, exercises, the programme structure and other original elements are protected by copyright and related-rights law to the extent that the legal conditions for protection are met.

8.2 The Client is granted the right to access and personally use the materials for the duration of the access granted.

8.3 Without the prior consent of the rights holder, the Client may not:

• a) copy and distribute the materials outside the permitted use;
• b) share links or personal access credentials with other persons;
• c) publish, resell or make the video and audio recordings available to the public;
• d) commercialise the materials or integrate them into other products or commercial programmes;
• e) remove author credits or intellectual-property notices.

8.4 Purchasing the product does not transfer copyright in the materials to the Client.

8.5 The above restrictions do not limit uses expressly permitted by applicable law.

9.1 The Client's personal data is processed for order management, payment confirmation, provision of access and communication with the Client, under the conditions of applicable law.

9.2 Detailed information on the purposes, legal bases and duration of data processing, as well as on the rights of data subjects, is provided in the website's Privacy Policy.

9.3 The data will not be used for marketing purposes requiring separate consent without compliance with the relevant legal conditions.

10.1 For questions, technical problems or complaints, the Client may contact the Provider at: contact@anjelikamurtazaliev.com.

10.2 The Provider reviews requests within a reasonable period and communicates the response using the contact details provided.

10.3 The parties may attempt to resolve disagreements amicably.

10.4 If amicable resolution is not possible, disputes are resolved by the competent courts in accordance with the law of the Republic of Moldova.

10.5 This document does not limit the Client's right to address the competent consumer-protection authorities.

11.1 This document is interpreted in accordance with the law of the Republic of Moldova.

11.2 Changes to the terms are published on the website with the update date and do not retroactively affect rights acquired under contracts already concluded, except as permitted by law.

11.3 If any provision is held unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain valid to the extent permitted by law.

11.4 By placing an order, the Client confirms that they had the opportunity to review this document before concluding the contract.
